You raise a very good point about PR, and it&#039;s something that we publicists struggle with all the time - trying to be taken seriously! Getting to know who we&#039;re pitching before we pitch is obviously the first step in the right direction to gaining credibility. 

If I may make a suggestion: perhaps you could refer to your pitching preferences in your contact page? Even if it leads to you getting only 10% less mass-mailings, it&#039;s probably worth it.
